The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in line with our anti-money laundering policy. Processing times are typically between 5 and 30 minutes for DuitNow and e-wallet methods. rp555 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a first-time withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified limit.
You are responsible for ensuring that all payment method details provided are accurate and belong to you. rp555 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information submitted by the user. Deposits made by third parties on your behalf will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.
